Initial Consultation
After you connect with one of our sales representatives, the Shawn Austin Team will begin by discussing the client’s vision, exploring function, design direction, colors, materials, finishes, and proportions to ensure alignment

Project Quotation & Budgeting
Once the design is defined, a detailed quote is created. Budget-friendly alternatives can be suggested if needed, and orders can be submitted by purchase orders or invoice.

Design Documentation
After receiving the purchase order, the Shawn Austin Team works with draftsmen to produce detailed CAD shop drawings, which are submitted for approval by the purchaser. Once final signed drawings are approved, we take it from there.

Material & Finish Approval
Using the designer’s control samples, custom finish samples are made for each material and submitted for final approval before production.

Production
Skilled craftsmen collaborate with Shawn to ensure every piece meets high standards of quality and design. Clients are welcome to visit the factory or receive virtual updates during the build.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination
The Shawn Austin Team works with the purchaser’s delivery service to arrange pickup and ensures proper packaging for transit. Although delivery isn’t provided, we are happy to give recommendations for delivery services.

Ongoing Support & Service
Shawn is committed to customer satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining open, responsive communication throughout the process and warranty period.
